Who else loves baked potatoes? I usually just bought them from random vendors but this time we tried this simple recipe and we loved the taste!
For the beef mixture, I used minced beef from BMC (Brunei Meat Company), a bit of garlic, and shallots, cook them for a few minutes, and add mayonnaise. If you want it spicy, just add some chili.
For the tuna, just use those tuna spreads available in the shops hahaha. We love the taste of this particular brand Ayammas so why not?
Boiled the potatoes until soft then place butter on top of them.
Time to put the beef mixture on these potatoes.
Place cheese on top of each potato set the temperature of the oven to around 150 - 180 degrees Celsius and cook for about 30 minutes (to be honest we kept on checking them in the oven).
